Over the past 15 years, Graham has developed extensive experience in auditing and accounting services by working closely with a variety of closely-held middle market and emerging businesses. Always eager to lean into innovation, Graham founded and managed the firm’s Client Accounting Services practice, which was ultimately the predecessor of Forward/Slash. He is passionate about focusing his practice on restaurant, technology, software, real estate, construction, and emerging companies. He also possesses significant expertise in mergers & acquisitions, litigation support, internal control studies, forensic accounting, and consulting on complex revenue recognition and equity transactions.
